Poundworld announces 1,800 new jobs

Poundworld has announced plans to create 1,800 new jobs across the UK in order to facilitate an expansion plan. 

The discount retailer said it is taking over a number of outlets left vacated by Woolworths, to add to the 120 stores it already controls.
