Visitors on cultural tours of the UK will be spoilt for choice when it comes to places to eat but for a really special experience, they should sample dishes at an Indian fusion restaurant, it has been claimed.
Richard Harden, co-editor of Harden's Guides, said that the capital is packed with trendy eateries offering a range of different cuisines, with plenty of choice for everyone.
However, many of those who have come from the US and Europe on cultural tours of the UK will be keen to sit down for a meal at an Indian restaurant.
"If they've got time they should really try to check out a more traditional curry house and if they have the money and interest they should try one of the trendier fusion Indians, which are a bit of a London speciality," Mr Harden added.
One such place is Mooli's, where diners can enjoy a selection of dishes which borrow from India and Japan.
