Twin Summer Schools accredited by British Council again

Twin Summer Schools have secured their accreditation from the British Council (BC) for another year after a spot check from the organisation.

One of the key features that Twin had implemented since the first accreditation from BC in 2010 is the addition of a centre manager in each of the summer schools Twin operates.

The role of Twin’s summer school centre managers is to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the schools and deal effectively with any issues that the students face.

Accreditation UK is the name of the quality assurance scheme for the UK English language tuition (ELT) sector run by BC. The council inspects organisations in the UK offering English language courses and accreditation is only awarded after strict criteria are satisfied, offering students a guarantee of choice and quality.

Business Development Manager Kate Melhorn said: “The renewed accreditation from the British Council is a big vote of confidence in Twin’s summer schools. We are confident that we offer students a great experience when they come to one of our summer centres and meeting the BC criteria for two years in a row proves it.”
