Funding / Community Partners

Twin Employment & Training has successfully been running welfare-to-work services under many funded contracts for many years. We are able to achieve our impressive results with the cooperation of numerous partnerships within the community, private, voluntary and public sectors, relationships which we continue to foster and value highly.

The needs of our learners and the nature of the provision call for different forms of partnership. Whether funding body, prime or sub-contractor, referral agency or delivery partner, our aim is to work together to best meet the demands of the jobseeking customer, of the contracted provision and of our own high standards.

  • Twin Group has a proven track record in managing a range of large, complex, multi-partner projects as well as smaller, focused projects.
  • We have partnerships with local and national employers, local authorities, accreditation and awarding bodies, third sector, private colleges and prime contractors.
  • We have worked with Jobcentre Plus and DWP for over 15 years as both a prime and sub-contractor and are delivering against several different DWP contracts.
  • We work with all major CFOs including DWP, SFA, LDA and LAs.

Why Twin is your training partner of choice

  • We are flexible, professional, target-driven and outcome-focused.
  • We understand the partnership network - our size, approach, culture and experience makes us the ideal link between learners, employers, providers and both prime- and sub-contractors.
  • We have the national and regional potential – including new delivery points across the UK, employers nationwide and systems in place – to grow and build on our success.
  • We are realistic and never over-promise.
  • We have the track record, volume capacity and expertise to meet and surpass partners’ requirements.

Twin Employment & Training is proud to work closely with hundreds of community partners in our regions of operation. Our relationships with third sector organisations take many forms, our aim always being to help jobseekers develop to their full potential.

Community partnerships encompass a dynamic referral and signposting process, which ensures that candidates receive the most beneficial training for which they’re eligible, whether at Twin or elsewhere.

We value our connections with enterprise and development committees, local employment partnerships and service provider forums, involving ourselves as closely as possible resolving issues facing the local areas where we deliver our services.

Twin’s Student Recruitment and Partnership teams are continually seeking new ways to engage with both funding, delivery and community partners in current and fresh areas of the UK, and invite you to contact them to discuss ways of working together.
