The Role:
Selling employer engagement services devised by Twin Employment to Employers across London. The range of services cover recruitment, training and workforce development services. The main part of the role will be spent creating new business through cold calling and also contacting some existing customers. We would particularly welcome applications from candidates with a medical/nursing recruitment background.

Typical responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively build and develop a portfolio of accounts/customers in your allocated letter and sector split.
  • Gather and record all relevant sales information onto profile rpm.
  • Maintain and update customer database to allow effective direct marketing activities onto profile rpm.
  • To consistently achieve sales targets and daily call targets as set by departmental manager.
  • Establish customer needs by building rapport and using effective questioning techniques
  • Ensure all new sales enquiries are progressed and sales opportunities are maximised
  • Work as part of a team across the sales structure to ensure the team maximises performance.
  • Arrange potential customer visit’s to maximise sales.
  • Report on job outputs and present the relevant evidence required to support the claims.
  • Actively work on candidates to support them to secure the jobs they are looking for and prepared the relevant information required about the employer.
  • Work closely with the training team to feedback job details and information about candidates that may need additional support for interviews.

Qualifications/experience required:

  • Educated to GCSE/ A Level standards, with A-C grades in maths and English or equivalent
  • Experience of sales / telesales
  • Self Motivated with the ability to plan own sales approach
  • Experience of working within a busy highly targeted office environment
  • Competent PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Lotus Notes and Power point

Knowledge:
Basic selling techniques
This role requires a good team player who is conscientious and goal orientated.

The successful candidate must also be able to work quickly and effectively and able to work under pressure to set deadlines.

Operations Executive

Description:

Twin Group is a market leader in training, education and travel services. From our Head Office in South East London and our various centres around the UK, we offer a wide range of programmes including English language courses, Management Diplomas, Work Experience opportunities, Vocational Training Courses, and Group Travel packages.

We are seeking an Operations Executive to join our large team with an immediate start. You will act as key contact person to Twin Group's agents for group and individual bookings for year-round EFL courses, vacation courses and work experience programmes. You will be responsible for ensuring that the bookings and arrivals process runs smoothly by maintaining excellent channels of communication with Twin Group's sales team, agents, work experience department, EFL schools and Vacation Courses Department. The ideal candidate will be experienced with data input, group and individual operations.

All applicants must possess a strong working knowledge of MS Word and Excel and be a confident user of IT packages. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, and fluency in at least one foreign language would be an advantage, although not essential.
